Rubber Mixing Mills with stock blenders, for ensuring proper mixing and dispersion of rubber compounds. Apart from quicker batch timing, it also helps cooling the batch. While in operation, it mixing the compounds faster and better, thus reduces operator fatigue. With a skilled operated, the same operator can operate two machines.
Also its proved, that a machine with stock blender offers better dispersion quality when compared to one without a stock blender. We offer hydraulic and mechanical type Stock Blenders to the clients, as per their specific demands. Our mixing mills are equipped with a specially designed stock blender which helps in uniformly mixing the rubber material and chemical ingredients. It reduces the cycle time & operator fatigue, as he has not to do any cutting or folding job on the mill. It lowers the material temperature and improves the shelf life of the compound. The speed of the stock blender can be changed to get consistent quality of compound.
