Ulai's core business as a direct sales and indenting channel spans B2B and B2C customers across India and international markets. We source and supply elastomer raw materials, engineering plastics, rubber and plastic processing machines, and ancillary products — either from stock or by indent from our principal supplier network. This service is available to manufacturers, processors, OEMs, traders, and research organizations across any industry sector.

What we offer

Direct supply of raw materials

Immediate or scheduled supply of TPE, TPV, TPU, TPEE, and engineering plastic grades from Ulai's represented brands — with technical specifications, batch traceability, and MSDS documentation as standard.

Indenting service for non-stock products

Where a required grade or product is not held in stock by Ulai or our primary suppliers, we manage the indenting process - identifying the right global source, obtaining competitive quotes, coordinating import documentation and customs clearance, and arranging delivery to the customer's facility. This service removes the complexity of direct importing for customers who lack in-house import infrastructure.

RFP / RFI / RFQ preparation

For procurement of machines, specialized raw materials, or large-volume material contracts, Ulai assists both buyers and sellers in preparing technically complete and commercially sound Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) — ensuring that specifications are technically accurate and commercially complete before going to market.

Offshore products sourcing

Ulai sources products made from plastic, rubber, paper, glass, wood, handicraft materials, brass, and other metals as per customer requirements - providing a single point of contact for diverse procurement needs rather than requiring customers to manage multiple international suppliers independently.
