Ulai Enterprises is a small, specialized team working at the intersection of polymer science, industrial machinery, and commercial development. We are not a large corporation — which means the people who join us get direct exposure to real business decisions, customer relationships, and technical challenges from day one.

We work with international supplier partners, serve customers across 30+ industry sectors, and regularly encounter novel applications and new technologies. If you have a background in polymers, rubber technology, mechanical engineering, or industrial sales, and want to work somewhere your knowledge will be tested and developed, we would like to hear from you.

What we look for

• Educational background in polymer technology, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
• Interest in technical sales and business development — the ability to learn a product deeply and communicate it clearly to a customer
• Self-motivation and comfort with a degree of autonomy — we are a lean team and value people who can take initiative
• Willingness to travel within India for customer visits, exhibitions, and site work
• English proficiency; working knowledge of Hindi is an advantage for customer-facing roles
