CRYOGENIC DEFLASHING- Cryogenic deflashing principal process uses Liquid Nitrogen and Blastic Media for removal of flashes out of part components.
Cryogenic deflashing can be used for parts made out of materials e.g. rubber, plastic as well as zinc-alluminium die cast parts.
Cryogenic Deflashing - Shot Blaster Type
Suitable for Size: Majorly all type of parts of different shape and size.
Suitable for part made of: Rubber, Plastics as well as Metal parts.
Max Flash Thickness: upto *0.4mm
Process: Freezing - Rotation - Blasting with PC media action.
Cryogenic Deflashing cycle time : *5-8 minutes.
Controls: HMI / PLC operated. One man enough to operate.
Non - Cryogenic Deflashing- Non Cryogenic deflashing machine (spin trim) , as it name says, do not use liquid nitrogen and blasting media for flash removal.
It works on theory of centrifugal force, air and hitting/rubbing of parts against each other.
SPIN TRIM Deflashing Machine
Spin trim machine is suitable for small rubber parts with very thin flash thickness.
Suitable for part made of: Rubber only.
Max Flash Thickness: less than *0.1mm or even less.
Process: Centrifugal action - rubbing of parts against each other.
Spin Trim Deflashing cycle time : 5-8 minutes.
Controls: HMI / PLC operated. One man enough to operate.

We work closely with our customer and study parts provided by them before offering the machines. To demonstrate the capability and performance of de-flashing machines, we invite our clients/customers to provide parts with flashes first to try in the appropriate machines at our facility.
